The Undivided Mother program helps mothers overcome struggles with anxiety and overwhelm through body-based nervous system regulation skills and supported emotional processing.

TUM combines education in affect regulation theory, embodiment skills, and neuroscience principles with practical exercises for improved self-awareness, sustainable self-care, and more accurate attunement to restore and preserve the mental health of mothers; thus affording you greater grace and patience in your journey of motherhood raising confident, loving, and empathetic children.
