Hi There, I'm Chelsea!
I love sharing the practice of yoga and helping people feel more connected to their bodies through movement and breathwork. I am also passionate about educating my students about the "why" of what we are doing in our yoga and breath practices. I truly love seeing when it makes sense in the mind and body and helping people connect to a deeper understanding of themselves and their bodies.

My name is Mary and I am passionate about helping people live a life that is full of meaning and joy. I’ve always known that I wanted to help people but there are so many ways to do that (and I’ve done plenty of them). What I’ve found to be most useful, no matter the situation, is a greater connection to the world and people around you, and a deeper connection to yourself. That’s why I find yoga and embodiment practices to be so powerful. As you come to understand yourself more you are more readily available to engage with the world around you.
This day retreat is designed for anyone seeking an experience of rest and relaxation grounded in practices of embodiment and mindfulness. No prior experience or expertise is necessary.
